In this 5-week immersive, you’ll write four original songs, connect with fellow songwriters, and give your creativity a massive boost.

✨ Each songwriting assignment will be one of our signature Block Busters Challenges designed to stretch your writing and ignite creativity.

✨ You’ll have one week to write each song, a time restriction that helps you hush your inner critic and practice authoring without over-editing.

✨We'll gather on Zoom, listen to your new songs, and discuss the process. 

 A songwriting prompt +  deadline + supportive community = momentum! 


WORKSHOP DATES:
Saturdays, March 29 - April 26 at 3pm ET. 
Sessions run for approximately 90 minutes and will be recorded for replay.

ADDITIONAL WORKSHOP NOTES
- You'll need a device (computer, tablet, or phone) with the Zoom app for the meetings
- You can record your song to voice memo or in your DAW to share, or you can play it live when we meet. The recording quality is unimportant as long as we can clearly hear your voice, instrument, and lyrics.

Q: How experienced do I need to be at songwriting? Songwriters of all experience levels are welcome! If you're a beginner, please note that this workshop is about the practice of songwriting, and we are not instructing how to. 

Q: Will I receive feedback on my songs? We encourage positive feedback in the chat as we listen to songs, and if you're interested in more constructive feedback for editing, we now offer Virtual Feedback with Allie & Bess and 1-1 Sessions with Allie. The intention of this immersive is to create freely, and editing can come later.
